Other Personality Typing Systems

Here is a list of some of the personality typing systems I use to type fictional characters on this blog. Remember that these personality typing systems are not 100% accurate or reliable. I am simply using them for fun.

Enneagram:
In Enneagram there are nine personality types which are known by the numbers 1-9. Each personality type is unique. Here is a link explaining Enneagram and here is another and another.

Hogwarts Houses:
The Hogwarts houses are (as you probably know) from the book series Harry Potter. There are four houses: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Huffelpuff and Slytherin. If you don't know the descriptions of each of the houses, what are you doing with your life?

Divergent Factions:
In the book series Divergent, there are five factions. Abnegation (the selfless), Candor (the honest), Dauntless (the brave), Erudite (the intelligent) and Amity (the peaceful). When a person turns sixteen they choose a faction to live in for the rest of their lives. They take a test that tells them which faction they would be best in. Some people, however, get results that put them in multiple factions. These people are called Divergent. When I put characters into a faction, I decide which faction the aptitude test would give them. I will also include the faction they would most likely choose.

Four Temperaments:
There are four temperaments: Melancholic, Phlegmatic, Choleric and Sanguine. Here is a link to some information on the temperaments, and you can find out which one you are here.

Alignment:
Alignment deals with two things: good versus evil and lawful versus chaotic. There are nine types: Lawful Good, Neutral Good, Chaotic Good, Lawful Neutral, Neutral, Chaotic Neutral, Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil and Chaotic Evil. You can find tons of information about alignment here.
